千色Citistore近日發現有不法之徒，非法抄錄本公司註冊商標及改寫本公司資料，建立擬似本公司之網站www.chuen-store.net，並假冒為本公司特許經營機構，以電話通知得獎者為名，訛稱他們贏取本公司之抽獎活動獎金而進行其詐騙事宜。 本公司現已即時跟進事件並交由警方處理。

本公司提醒公眾，如對任何自稱為本公司之員工的人士身份有所懷疑，或遇上類似情況，請與本公司聯絡查證；並建議懷疑受騙人士向警方舉報 。

本公司在此聲明，千色Citistore並未於海外舉行任何的抽獎及推廣活動﹔而千色Citistore業務目前只在香港，並沒有任何分店、銷售點或經營合作伙伴於中國內地及海外。

WARNING:
Citistore would like to alert the public to a fraudulent website with the domain name www.chuen-store.net. This fraudulent website illegally copies Citistore’s registered trademark and other company information. Furthermore, culprits related with this website claimed that they are the joint venture company of Citistore when making phone call to advise victim to pay a fee for collecting a cash prize won in a lucky draw. We have reported these cases to the Hong Kong Police for investigation.

If anyone who has encountered similar incident or is doubtful about the identity of any person claiming to be an employee of Citistore, you are advised to contact us for enquiry or verification. Persons finding themselves cheated by the defrauders are also advised to report the case to the police.

Citistore (H.K.) Ltd hereby clarifies that the Company has not organized any lucky draws and sales promotions outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Besides, we currently have no store, branch, retail channel and business partners in Mainland China and overseas.
